I didn\u2019t know what type of breathing it was about, but in the end, it fulfilled my expectations. After filling the questionnaire that contained all key questions about ourselves, followed interview with Ivana and then therapy. The experience is something that can\u2019t be described, it must be experienced. During the breathing a huge range of emotions comes up \u2013 from the ones that were deeply supressed, to gratefulness for everything that led us to this exact moment. Dare to try and get out of frameworks, because we should do it on a daily basis. Since I am a psychologist by profession, this is definitely a type of therapy, as for body, just as for mind.
